Connect Sendoso so Breakout can discover and send approved gifts, including marketplace, SmartSend, eGift, and physical send options where enabled.
Prerequisites
Create or choose a Sendoso API key with access to the send types, budgets, and campaigns your workflows should use.
Confirm internal approval rules before enabling gift-sending workflows. The integration connection gives Breakout access, but workflow approvals should still control actual sends.
Permissions
Sendoso does not use OAuth scopes for this connection. Access is governed by the Sendoso API key and Sendoso account permissions.
The key should allow marketplace discovery, send-option lookup, and gift creation for the send types your workflows will use.
Allowing Breakout to access Sendoso
Click your name to navigate to Settings
Click Integrations and then toggle the switch on in the Apollo card.
Paste the Sendoso API Key into the secure form.
Submit the form.
Return to Breakout and wait for the Sendoso integration to show as Connected. It may take a few minutes for the status to update on the Integrations page.
If the Sendoso approval window closes but the integration still doesn't show as connected, refresh the Integrations page.
If Sendoso still appears as Disconnected, reconnect the integration and make sure you complete the Sendoso approval process successfully.
Verifying the connection
The Sendoso card should show as connected. Test with a read-only marketplace or send-options query before sending a real gift.
If sending fails, check the API key permissions, Sendoso budgets, recipient country support, and provider-side approval requirements.
Disconnecting or reconnecting Sendoso
Disconnect in these cases:
Before rotating the Sendoso API key
Switching Sendoso accounts
Reconnect with the new key.
