Connect Attio so that Breakout can use Attio as a CRM source or destination for workflows that read or write customer records.

Prerequisites

  • Use an Attio account that can authorize integrations for the workspace.

  • Confirm that the account has access to the objects and fields your workflows need.

  • If your team has multiple Attio workspaces, decide which workspace should be connected before authorizing.

Allowing Breakout to access Attio

  1. Click your name to navigate to Settings

  2. Click Integrations and then toggle the switch on in the Attio card.

    The Attio approval window opens.

  3. Sign in to Attio.

  4. Select the correct Attio workspace.

  5. Review and approve the requested permissions. Attio permissions are shown in the provider approval screen during connection. Review the approval screen and confirm that the selected workspace is correct before you approve access.

Return to Breakout and wait for the Attio integration to show as Connected. It may take a few minutes for the status to update on the Integrations page.

  • If the Attio approval window closes but the integration still doesn't show as connected, refresh the Integrations page.

  • If Attio still appears as Disconnected, reconnect the integration and make sure you complete the Attio approval process successfully.

Verifying the connection

The Attio card should show as connected. Run a low-risk workflow that reads Attio data or checks available CRM records.

If a workflow cannot find expected objects or attributes, confirm that the connected Attio account can access those objects in Attio.

Disconnecting or reconnecting Attio

Disconnect in these cases:

  • Wrong Attio workspace was connected

  • OAuth grant needs to be refreshed

Reconnect with the correct Attio account.
