We support five different types of datasets to help you build your knowledge base. These include:
Webpages
Documents (supported file types include text, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.)
Demo assets (product tours, for example)
Videos (drop a file or paste a link)
Images (supported file types include text, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.)
To build your knowledge base, follow these steps:
Log into the Breakout dashboard
Click Datasets
Click the Source or Artifact you want to upload
Click Upload...+ and follow the steps
