How to Set Up Your Profile:
1.Log into the Breakout dashboard
2.Navigate to Settings (bottom left)
3.Select Profile
4.Upload a Profile Picture (PNG, JPEG, or GIF under 5MB)
5.Enter your First Name and Last Name
6.Enter your Title (your designation/role)
7.Click Save
Availability
Log into the Breakout dashboard
Go to your Profile (bottom left)
Scroll down to the Availability section
Select your Time Zone
5. Set your Working Hours
6. Click save
To account for a lunch break, add two separate time blocks (e.g., 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM).
Using Do Not Disturb:
Turn on Do Not Disturb when stepping away temporarily. The system will pause routing live chat requests to you until it's turned off.
Why This Matters:
Accurate availability helps the system identify which reps are online and ensures live chats are routed fairly across your team.
Chat Intro Message
Your intro message is automatically sent whenever you join a live chat conversation.
1. Scroll down to the Chat Intro Message section on your Profile page
2. Click Edit
3. Type your default greeting message (e.g., "Hi! I'm [Name], a Sales Rep with Breakout. How can I assist you today?")
4. Click Save
