Defining your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)

Using this define the type of companies you want to reach and the people who matter inside them. AI will handle the matching. This information is specifically used to calculate the Relevance Score in the Accounts tab.

To define your ICP, follow these steps:

  1. Click Config → ICP definition

  2. Enter the following information that is relevant to your target profile:

    1. Industries

    2. HQ locations

    3. Employee count

    4. Revenue

    5. Titles

    6. Seniority

    7. Departments

    8. Any additional instructions


      ​

  3. Click Save.

Once you have saved your ICP, if you make changes to it, click Re-run to run the updated ICP.
