Controlling Agent Visibility

1. Navigate to Blocks → Ask AI → Visibility

2. Set rules for where the agent appears:

• Include rules: Agent only shows on specific pages

• Exclude rules: Agent hidden on specific pages

3. Use URL patterns to control visibility

4. Most customers deploy on all pages, but you can exclude:

• Login/account pages

• Checkout flows

• Internal/admin pages

• Add exclusion rule for your root domain during testing phase

• This allows script to be live (for tracking) without showing the agent

• Remove exclusion rule when ready to go live
