Navigate to Blocks → Ask AI to customize:
• Agent name and avatar
• Color scheme and styling
• Welcome message
• Button text and positioning
Agent Personality & Behavior
Configure how your agent responds:
• Response length: Brief, moderate, or detailed
• Tone: Professional, friendly, casual, etc.
• Personality traits: Add specific instructions for how the agent should communicate
Support Query Handling
1. Navigate to Blocks → Ask AI → Support Settings
2. Choose what happens when visitors ask support questions:
• Redirect to support center (recommended)
• Provide support URL
3. Enter your support center URL
Custom Instructions
Navigate to Settings → Instructions to add specific guidance:
• Pricing discussion preferences ("Don't talk about pricing" or "Always mention pricing")
• Competitor mentions
• Specific phrases or terminology to use/avoid
• Any other behavioral guidelines
Note: Custom instructions become more refined as you test and gather feedback
