Using the Playground:
1. Log into the Breakout dashboard
2. Navigate to Playground in the left sidebar
3. Click Preview to load the agent interface
4. Start asking questions as if you were a website visitor
Providing Feedback:
1. After each agent response, you'll see thumbs up/down icons
2. Click thumbs down if the response is incorrect or unsatisfactory
3. Submit feedback explaining what was wrong
4. This feedback helps us improve the agent's responses
What to Test:
• Ask questions about your products and services
•Test edge cases and unusual questions
• Verify tone and professionalism of responses
Reviewing Agent Sources
When testing in the Playground:
•Each agent response shows Sources used to generate the answer
•Click to view which knowledge base content was referenced
•If response quality is poor, check if the right sources are being used
• Missing sources indicate you need to add that content to your knowledge base
